1 )The applicant is advised to take note of the comments of the Environment Agency as set out in their letters dated 20/04/2005 and 20/05/2005 to Bloor Homes in relation to the previous planning application number 04/02158/FULL and to continue to liaise closely with both the Environment Agency and Internal Drainage Board in relation to the satisfactory resolution of drainage issues.The applicant is advised to take note of the comments of the Environment Agency as set out in their letters dated 20/04/2005 and 20/05/2005 to Bloor Homes in relation to the previous planning application number 04/02158/FULL and to continue to liaise closely with both the Environment Agency and Internal Drainage Board in relation to the satisfactory resolution of drainage issues.
2 )The applicant is advised that in order to comply with Condition 8 of this permission it will be necessary for the developer of the site to enter into an agreement with Bedfordshire County Council as Highway Authority under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 to ensure the satisfactory completion of the access and associated road improvements. Further details can be obtained form the Development Planning and Control Group, Bedfordshire County Council, County Hall, Bedford, MK42 9AP.The applicant is advised that in order to comply with Condition 8 of this permission it will be necessary for the developer of the site to enter into an agreement with Bedfordshire County Council as Highway Authority under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 to ensure the satisfactory completion of the access and associated road improvements. Existing highway surface water drainage systems may be improved at the developers expense to account for extra surface water generated. Any improvements must be approved by the Development Planning and Control Group, Bedfordshire County Council.
