Informative Notes:
1 )The Highway Authority at Beds County Council advise that the garage due to its shape has limited space for a vehicle. The space within a garage should measure 2.5m x 5.0m (internal). The maximum internal space on the submitted plans is 4.9m in length, where an up and over garage door would 'catch' the vehicle. In order for a vehicle to use the 4.9m in length its position in the garage, close to the northwest wall, would only given a maximum width of 2.2m. Parked like this the utility door to the garage could not be opened. The Highway Authority at Beds County Council advise that the garage due to its shape has limited space for a vehicle.
