Informative Notes:
1 )You are advised to note the comments of the Environment Agency: - The development is 20m from the 4/1977 Lidlington Brickworks closed non-inert landfill site (1962-1991). In view of the clay geology and the persistence on the landfill site of a large lake indicating that minimal quantities of fill were deposited the risk from landfill gas appears to be low and no precautionary measures appear to be necessary. However, if during redevelopment unusual odours/ground conditions are encountered contact your local authority Environmental Health Dept immediately for advice on landfill gas monitoring and protection, telephone 08452 304040You are advised to note the comments of the Environment Agency: - The development is 20m from the 4/1977 Lidlington Brickworks closed non-inert landfill site (1962-1991).
