1 )At no time during the works necessary to implement this planning permission should the footpath adjacent to the east facing elevation of the dwelling be obstructed by building materials/waste, plant or scaffolding. If the owners of 55 Church Road.Stotfold need to close the footpath during works then it is necessary that an application for a Temporary Closure Order be made to the Rights of Way Officer at Bedfordshire County Council at County Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of works. There must not be any encroachment of the current boundary of the foot path as a result of building works.
