Informative Notes:
1 )It would be beneficial if the gates were set back by a distance of 5.0m within the site to allow vehicles to pull off of the carriageway so they do not cause an obstruction on the road whilst the gates are being opened. Also visibility from the proposed access will be restricted by the boundary fence and the bend in the road and could be increased by a visibility splay extending to the limits of the sites frontage at either side of the access from a point on the centre line of the access measured 2.0m back from the road channel. It would be beneficial if the gates were set back by a distance of 5.0m within the site to allow vehicles to pull off of the carriageway so they do not cause an obstruction on the road whilst the gates are being opened.
