| Informative Notes: | | In accordance with Regulation 21 (1) (c) of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 ('the Regulations') the Council certify that the Environmental Impact Assessment submitted with the application, received 3rd August 2006, has been taken into consideration in the determination of the application and the main reasons and considerations on which the decision for refusal is based are as shown in the Planning Committee Report, including Late Sheet additions and appendices for the Planning Committee of 1st November 2006. Further, in arriving at this determination the Council have also taken into consideration the non-provision by the applicants of the 'further information' requested under Regulation 19 of 'the Regulations' by letter dated 6th September 2006 and confirmed by letter dated 29th September 2006.
