4 )The applicant is advised that the Oak tree straddling the boundary between 'The Oats" and 'Kingswood' and located 2m from the wall and end pier is protected by the South Bedfordshire Council (Holywell Estate No. 3, Studham) Tree Preservation Order No. 10/1988 and is listed as T1. The construction of the new wall in this position is likely to have damaged major roots of the tree, having the potential to cause significant damage to the health of the tree.
