Informative Notes:
1 )Please notify the Conservation & Design Team by e-mail, letter or telephone 01462- 611 339 of the intention to start work, so that all outstanding conditions attached to the listed building consent & schedules of works & specifications can be formally agreed, before any site work commences. It should be noted that the carrying out of any repairs, alterations or extensions, without having had all relevant conditions fully approved in writing prior to commencement can constitute unauthorised works to a listed building. Failure to fully comply with the terms of any condition attached to a consent can be a serious matter, which can lead to enforcement action & legal proceedings. All work is to accord with standard conservation good practice & any information notes & design guidance issued by the Council. If there is any doubt regarding any aspects of the proposed works, then this should be fully clarified prior to commencement. The Conservation Officers will be pleased to discuss the works, specification details & any other related matters. Please notify the Conservation & Design Team by e-mail, letter or telephone 01462- 611 339 of the intention to start work, so that all outstanding conditions attached to the listed building consent & schedules of works & specifications can be formally agreed, before any site work commences.
