South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review BE8 - Design and Environmental Considerations. NE12 - Re-use and Adaption of Rural Buildings. H2 - Provision of Housing via "Fall-in" Sites. Any staining, odours or other indications of contamination discovered during development should be described to the Council's Public Protection Service.
