)If at any point during demolition/repair/alteration/felling in connection with the development hereby permitted bats are discovered contractors must stop work immediately and contact the Local Planning Authority and Natural England for further advice. An agreed course of action must then be in place following any advice given. Only when the Local Planning Authority and Natural England are satisfied that the risk to bats has ceased can work recommence.
