1 )The British Standard for Topsoil, BS 3882:2007, specifies requirements for topsoils that are moved or traded and should be adhered to. In the event that ground conditions are found not to be suitable for soakaway drainage, any direct discharge to the nearby watercourse will require the Board's prior consent.
