1 )The applicant is advised for future reference that not only does the advertisement require consent under the Town and Country Planning Act which has hereby been Refused, but advertisement would also require a licence issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Highways Act which is required prior to the erection of any advertisement which would have any part projecting into or over the public highway.
