2 )This permission relates only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment or under the Building Regulations. 3 )The applicant is advised that the development should not begin unless, or until, the public right of way which is illustrated on the current Definitive Map and which the development would otherwise affect has either been reinstated, stopped up or diverted in accordance with :- (i) An Order made by the Secretary of State for the Environment under the provisions of Section 247 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990; or (ii) An Order made by the Local Planning Authority under the provisions of Section 257 of the said Act. There is a duty to assess for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) during development and measures undertaken during removal and disposal should protect site workers and future users, while meeting the requirements of the HSE.
