The Local Planning Authority Conservation and Design Officer would advise the Applicant and Applicant's Architect of the considered inappropriateness of render and single tile creasing as constructional detailing for the front boundary wall hereby approved. It is also to be advised that the Conservation and Design Officer should be consulted directly in respect of Condition 8 with regard to finalisation of the construction and detailing of all boundary walling included under the current approval.(Proposed new front boundary wall).
