It is the responsibility of the Applicant to ensure safe and secure conditions, so any indications of potential contamination problems should be forward to the Contaminated Land Officer, Andre Douglas, for advice, on 0300 300 4004 or via andre.douglas@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk.The applicant is advised that the site is of long historic use and there may be unexpected materials or substances in, on or under the ground.
