1 )INFORMATIVE: With respect to potential noise impacts, the applicant is reminded that the physical mitigation as outlined in the ACCON UK Noise Impact Assessment 17.11.2015, or other equivalent noise mitigation, may be required in connection with the development to satisfy the requirements of the Local Development Order. The operator should ensure the relevant condition under Appendix 1, Part C of the Local Development Order is met. This is as follows. Noise resulting from the use of plant, machinery or equipment shall not exceed a level of 5dBA below the existing back ground level (or 10dBA below if there is a tonal quality) when measured or calculated according to BS4142:1997, at a point one metre external to the nearest noise sensitive building.
