Public Footpath No.5 Campton and Chicksands parish is within the red line application boundary. See plan below.
The RED line indicates the middle of the legal width of the right of way of Footpath No.5. There must be NO obstruction of the footpath by any construction vehicle at any time. Such an obstruction by contractors vehicles or delivered materials would result in notice being served on the applicant/developer.
If the applicant is unable to park all vehicles/materials within the application site at ALL times, then the applicant should apply for a Temporary Path closure for the duration of the build. Details of such closure and costs can be found on the Rights of Way Council Webpage.
At no time can the footpath be built over unless the path has been legally diverted.You are advised to note the comments of the Footpaths Officer as follows:
