Informative Notes:
1 )The installation of hardstanding and services, does not grant exemption from the pruning or felling of any tree having a trunk diameter at or greater than 75mm, when measured at 1.5m from ground level, which includes severance or damage to their respective root systems. Any tree works required on such trees to facilitate installation will need to be the subject of a separate 6 week written notification to the Local Planning Authority, outlining what works are required on the trees, the reasons for the work, and to include a sketch plan of their location. If the proposed tree work is subsequently considered to be detrimental to the character and visual amenity of the Leighton Buzzard Conservation Area, then the Local Planning Authority could object to the tree works, and consider the making of a Tree Preservation Order. The installation of hardstanding and services, does not grant exemption from the pruning or felling of any tree having a trunk diameter at or greater than 75mm, when measured at 1.5m from ground level, which includes severance or damage to their respective root systems.
