)In the event that contamination is found at any time when carrying out the approved development, it shall be reported in writing immediately to the Local Planning Authority. An investigation and risk assessment shall then be undertaken by a competent person, in accordance with 'Model Procedures for the Management of Land Contamination, CLR 11'. A written report of the findings should be forwarded for approval to the Local Planning Authority. Following completion of remedial measures a verification report shall be prepared that demonstrates the effectiveness of the remediation carried out. )The development involves works in and adjacent to the public highway that can only be carried out by Central Bedfordshire Council or other approved contractor. It is an offence to carry out works within the public highway without the permission of the Highway Authority. It is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure that in addition to planning permission, any necessary consents or approvals are obtained from the Council under the Highways Act 1980, the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, and other related legislation. Where required, street furniture, including street lighting will need to be repositioned at the Applicant's own expense. If necessary further details can be obtained the Central Bedfordshire Council's Customer Contact Centre on 0300 300 8049.
