2 )Photographic Building Recording To assist in the required pre-agreement of a pre-works photographic building record, both applicant and applicant's agent should be advised that the core document for recording standards Understanding Historic Buildings: a guide to good recording practice (English Heritage 2006) is available as a Pdf download from the Historic England website (NB: use full document title to search Historic England publications).
