)The applicant is advised to ensure that Bridleway No. 49 remains available at all times during construction and safe for the public to continue to use with appropriate signage. Should it become apparent that the public bridleway needs to be temporarily closed or diverted on public safety grounds, the Rights of Way Team will need to be contacted so that a temporary closure order can be processed.
