2 )The currently proposed four-bedroom dwelling would not be fully contained within the existing tank/walls of the reservoir (as required by application CB/15/02030/OUT) and is not acceptable in regard to the appearance, layout or scale and will cause harm to the openness of the Green Belt and the AONB landscape, a national landscape designation of the highest standing and requiring the same level of protection of that afforded to National Parks and The Broads and as defined in the NPPF para 170.
