1 )The applicant is advised that in order to comply with the permission it will be necessary for the developer to provide a RSA to the highway authority for assessment of the structures within the public highway. The planning permission shall not extend to works within the public highway. The applicant should seek approval from the highway authority prior to any works commencing within the public highway.
