4 )Any surface water drainage arrangements must provide for surface water run off as a result of any increase in impermeable area, the adequacy of the design and construction of surface water drainage should be confirmed by the Building Control Regulation procedures. The Council does not, and is not required to, adopt any private drainage features. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the surface water drainage system, in its entirety, will be effectively maintained in the long-term.
