2 )This permission relates only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment or under the Building Regulations. 3 )The applicant is advised that it is their responsibility to ensure that final ground conditions are fit for the end use of the site. If during any site investigation, excavation, demolition or construction works evidence of land contamination is identified, the applicant shall notify the Local Planning Authority without delay. Any land contamination identified shall be remediated to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the site is made suitable for its end use.The applicant is advised that it is their responsibility to ensure that final ground conditions are fit for the end use of the site. The applicant is advised that the storage of materials associated with the construction of this development should take place within the site and not extend into or within the public highway without authorisation from the highway authority.
