Description:Non-material amendment to planning permission CB/20/02226/VOC (Variation of condition 18 of planning permission CB/17/05913/FULL (development of 32 residential dwellings). Supersede approved site plan with new site plan. Repositioning of the plots and revised site layout). Amendment sought, pedestrian access between plots 17 and 18 to be widened by shifting plots 16 and 17 by 1.1m to facilitate an offsite UKPN electricity connection. Boundary of plot 17 rationalised through this change to extend off rear wall of the dwelling as close board fence to match other properties on this area of the site. Rear access gate for plot 19 realigned for easement access to be unrestricted. Freestanding screen wall to plot 4 to be replaced with close board fencing due to tree influence and plot 32 screen wall amended to fencing as small section not connected to any main structure and would not be structurally sound. Boundary fence of plot 15 realigned to allow for a larger garden to the future occupier. Small knee rail has been added to delineate the telegraph pole for access and maintenance. Car port serving 11 and 12 has been required to be reduced to meet NHBC fire guidance and create a 1m gap to the boundary of another dwelling.
