Informative Notes:
1 )Condition 5 of this permission requires works to be carried out in accordance with plan ref SE3409/3H, including with respect to the widening of the access shown as 'Harbrook Lane', with geogrid shown either side of the existing tarmac surfacing for the length of the access in the red-line site. However, this is not required the full length of the lane, whereby the access needs to be widened to 4.8m for the first 8m from the highway boundary. Accordingly, the wording of this condition sets out that there is not a requirement for a widened access after 8m, and that it can remain as existing.Condition 5 of this permission requires works to be carried out in accordance with plan ref SE3409/3H, including with respect to the widening of the access shown as 'Harbrook Lane', with geogrid shown either side of the existing tarmac surfacing for the length of the access in the red-line site.
