Informative Notes:
1 )Whilst not included within the description, the proposal would seek to alter the roof of an existing two-storey side extension in order to facilitate the proposed loft conversion with hip-to-gable enlargement, rear dormer and front rooflights. Existing and proposed roof plans were sought from the agent to clarify this. Therefore, an assessment was made by the Local Planning Authority as to whether the proposed alteration would constitute permitted development under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as amended.Whilst not included within the description, the proposal would seek to alter the roof of an existing two-storey side extension in order to facilitate the proposed loft conversion with hip-to-gable enlargement, rear dormer and front rooflights.
