1 )The applicant is advised that a banksman should be provided at all times during construction to escort any pedestrians using public footpath FPCH6 through the area and construction should stop whilst this is taking place. Banksman should also be aware of cyclists and horseriders using Campton and Chicksands Bridleway No. 4, and if construction vehicles are at work, they should be stopped to allow the public to pass along the bridleway safely. A change in height should be avoided from the proposed concrete surface to the natural surface of the public footpath to the east.
