)The applicant is advised of the following points in respect of Public Bridleway No.11:
The Council would be involved in minimal maintenance of the bridleway and would not ever be involved in maintaining it for vehicle use. The surface of a public right of way should be of a standard suitable for the lowest status of users and therefore excessive private vehicular or equestrian use can become an issue in less well drained areas.
Any new hedgerow planting would need to be planted set back from the boundary so that it does not grow to encroach or overhang the public bridleway's full width and affect it's use. The owner of the hedge is responsible for it's maintenance on both sides.
Any vehicle access and use of bridleways by vehicles must ensure that the routes remain safe for the public right of way users. It should be ensured that the visibility is as good as it can be and that signage for both vehicle and bridleway users is provided if appropriate.The applicant is advised of the following points in respect of Public Bridleway No.11:
