)The Bedfordshire and River Ivel Internal Drainage Board advises that with regard to the construction of soakaways, ground conditions should be investigated and if found satisfactory the soakaways should be constructed in accordance with the latest Building Research Establishment Digest. In the event that ground conditions are found not to be suitable for soakaway drainage any direct discharge to the nearby watercourse will require the Board's prior consent. Furthermore, the applicant is advised that the watercourse on the boundary of, or passing through, this site is under the statutory control of the Board.
