1 )In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (BSP), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (SBLP) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications) (SBLPFRD).In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (BSP), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (SBLP) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications) (SBLPFRD).
2 )This permission relates only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment or under the Building Regulations. 3 )The Bedfordshire and River Ivel Internal Drainage Board advises that with regard to the construction of soakaways, ground conditions should be investigated and if found satisfactory the soakaways should be constructed in accordance with the latest Building Research Establishment Digest. In the event that ground conditions are found not to be suitable for soakaway drainage any direct discharge to the nearby watercourse will require the Board's prior consent. Furthermore, the applicant is advised that the watercourse on the boundary of, or passing through, this site is under the statutory control of the Board.
