Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The proposed development would detract from the general appearance and character of the area by reason of absence of space between the proposed extension and the side boundary of the plot. If approved, a precedent would be established whereby it would be difficult to resist further applications of a similar nature. 2. The proposed development would be visually out of keeping with the existing dwelling.
