Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/73/00149
Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) a. Approval of the details of the design and external appearance of the building and the landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained from the local planning authority; b. Application for approval of the reserved matters shall be made to the local planning authority not later than 31 October 1976. (2) The development hereby permitted shall be begun on or before whichever is the later of the following dates: a. 31 October 1978, or b. the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved. (3) Details of the means of access and of the space to be provided within the site for the turning of vehicles shall be as may be agreed by the local planning authority after consultation with the Regional Controller (Roads and Transportation) or in default of agreement as determined by the Secretary of State.
