Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The facing brickwork and roofing tiles to be used shall match that of the existing dwelling as closely as possible. REASON: To ensure that the new work has a satisfactory visual relationship with the existing dwelling. (2) The proposed development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: In accordance with Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
