Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plans dated 26th May 1982 and 14th June 1982. REASON: To identify the approved plans where amendments have been made. (2) Visibility splays shall be provided to the approval of the District Planning Authority at the junction of the estate road with the public highway. The minimum dimension to provide the required splay lines shall be 2m measured along the centre line of the proposed estate road from its junction with the channel of the public highway and 150m measured along the centre line of the proposed estate road along the line of the channel of the public highway. REASON: To provide adequate visibility between the existing and the proposed estate roads and to make the junction safe and convenient for the traffic which is likely to use it.
