Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission. REASON: In accordance with Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions. 2. Space shall be provided within the site for the loading, unloading and parking of vehicles in accordance with the approved standards of the District Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that adequate provision in accordance with District Council standards is made for vehicles to park clear of the highway on the interests of road safety. 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1972 the permission hereby granted shall relate only to the use of the premises as described in the application and for no other purpose without the prior approval in writing of the District Planning Authority. REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to exercise proper control over development.
