Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The enclosure of part of this open area would adversely affect the character of the street scene and be detrimental to the amenities of the adjoining residents. (2) If permitted, the proposal would create a precedent whereby it would be difficult for the District Planning Authority to resist future similar proposals to the further detriment of the locality.
