Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The proposed extension shall be constructed in materials to match as far as possible those of the existing house. REASON: In the interest of visual amenity. (2) The development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. REASON: In accordance with Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
