Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials that match as closely as possible those of the existing building. REASON: To ensure that the development fits in with the existing building as closely as possible. 2. The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of 5 years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 and to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
