Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. No trees on the site shall be lopped, topped or felled without the prior consent in writing of the local planning authority. REASON: To safeguard the appearance of the development. 2. No part of the hedge on the boundary with Sandy Lane shall be removed except that necessary for the construction of the vehicular access. REASON: To safeguard the appearance of the development. 3. The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
