Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development as proposed, makes insufficient provision for the parking of vehicles within the site, leading to on street parking and turning movements to the detriment of highway safety.
2) The proposed use of the site as a Day Nursey will result in undue loss of amenity to occupiers of neigbouring residential properties by way of noise, general disturbance and overlooking. This will be in conflict with Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan Policy BE1 and Mid Bedfordshire Local PLan First Review Deposit Draft Policy DPS6.
