Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The permission hereby granted shall expire on the 30th September 1974 and thereupon the use hereby permitted shall cease unless before that time an application for a further period of consent has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. REASON: The local planning authority is not prepared to permit the establishment of this light industrial use on a permanent basis at these premises in view of their situation within the central shopping area of Leighton Buzzard.
