Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by virtue of its scale, siting, and the narrowness of the site, would result in a cramped overdevelopment of the application site, which would cause harm to the character of the area and an unacceptable loss of privacy and overbearing impact to neighbouring residents. As such the proposed development would fail to comply with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, and Section 12 of the NPPF.
