Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/04232/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The lighting columns hereby permitted shall only be used between the hours of 4pm to 11pm Mondays to Sundays and not at all on Bank Holidays. If the car park is not required to be used during these time periods, the lighting shall be switched off.
 
Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity of the occupiers of neighbouring properties.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 8180347/6103, 34715/E/01 Rev P1 and 33795/E/01 Rev T.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
