Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/03465/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within three months of the date of this permission, details of the proposed arrangements for foul and surface water drainage disposal for the approved five timber buildings for use as stables and washroom buildings shall be submitted to for the approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The approved schemes shall be implemented and fully completed within six months of this approval and shall thereafter be maintained as approved.

Reason: To ensure the means of foul drainage disposal does not present a risk to the water environment, and that the proposal does not present a risk of surface water flooding.
