1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 02.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area. (Section 12, NPPF)
