Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01003/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the materials details submitted by the applicant, namely:

Walls - 150mm deep weatherboarding to match the house and annex
Roof - Plain clay tiles
Roller shutter doors - Dark brown aluminium (to match the annex)

unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and the wider setting of the nearby heritage assets

3) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling known as 6 The Old Dairy, Beadlow.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers P01/ rev A; P02/ rev A; P03

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
