Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/01302/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring 5 years from the date of the decision notice when the buildings hereby approved shall be removed and the land re-instated to its former condition, unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for their retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the buildings when the permission expires, in the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
(Section 12 NPPF, Local Plan Policy HQ1)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers F03-001

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
