Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal is considered to provide inadequate access arrangements which would result in harm to the amenity and living conditions of the occupants of No.29 Meadowsweet. As such the proposal is contrary to the principles of good design as outlined in Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Chapter 12 of the NPPF.
