Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/04285/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building shall only be used between the hours of 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Mondays to Fridays, and not at all on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

2) Notwithstanding the changes of use permitted within Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the building and rear amenity space known as No.1 Hadrian School House shall only be used as ancillary school office space and intervention space for up to 20 children at one time and for no other purpose.

Reason: To exclude the provisions of the said Use Classes Order and thereby ensure the Local Planning Authority retains full control of the future use of the land/building(s) in view of the special circumstances of the case.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001, CBC-002 and CBC-003.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
